Robert qualified at Newcastle University in 1992 (Bachelor of Dental Surgery). He is a leading and highly experienced provider of cosmetic dentistry and dental implants. Robert studied for the prestigious degree of MSc in Implant Dentistry at Warwick University and Medical School, and in 2006 was awarded a distinction, the highest level attainable. Robert was awarded a Diploma in Dental Conscious Sedation from Newcastle University in 2011.
Robert teaches and lectures throughout the UK and supervises students completing post-graduate dental masters degrees; he is a Clinical Teaching Fellow at Warwick Medical School. Robert has taught many dentists, both theory and practical, who are themselves now offering implants in Yorkshire and other parts of the UK. Robert is an approved mentor for the Association of Dental Implants (ADI) and is a clinical coach for Dentsply Implants. Robert accepts referrals from other practices for implants, cosmetic and advanced dentistry.
He is a member The Association of Dental Implantology.

Zain graduated from the University of Leeds with Master of Dental Surgery (Distinction) in 2023, and has since taken every opportunity to further develop his clinical skills. He believes in a patient-first approach, ensuring that comfort, communication, and trust are at the heart of every treatment. Understanding that visiting the dentist can be daunting for some, he takes the time to listen to each patient’s concerns, explaining treatments clearly and tailoring care to suit individual needs. His gentle and reassuring manner helps even the most nervous patients feel at ease, making their dental experience as stress-free as possible. Zain has commenced dental implant training enrolling on a diploma course and having mentoring here at The Mount Dental Practice.
